Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of KOVARIK ONSTOT ELITE PLUMBING, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

KOVARIK ONSTOT ELITE PLUMBING, LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Drain cleaning and maintenance
• Water heater installation and repair
• Pipe repair and replacement
• Fixture installation
• Commercial plumbing services
• Preventive maintenance programs

Service Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about the plumbing issue and ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid potential cancellation fees.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates before beginning work whenever possible. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary from estimates if additional issues are discovered during the service or if the scope of work changes. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• Financing options (where available)

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees as permitted by law.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. Labor is warranted for one year from the date of service. Parts and equipment warranties vary by manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period, and the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVARIK ONSTOT ELITE PLUMBING, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOVARIK ONSTOT ELITE PLUMBING, LLC and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
